• Those wishing to stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs prior to their check in at the Fairmont Lake Louise can make reservations  by visiting their website here.  Our prerferred rate is no longer available, so rates are based upon availability. You will also need to book your own transportation to the hotel from the airport as well as transportation to the Fairmont Chateau, Lake Louise at your own expense.
• NOTE: The Banff Springs is a different luxury Fairmont Hotel from where Kick Off is taking place, and all bookings will be handled with the Banff Springs Fairmont directly. Availability is limited and on a first come, first serve basis.
• There are also a limited number of rooms available on March 5 at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise at a special rate of $279 + tax. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

• If you would like to extend your stay after Kick Off, we have negotiated a special rate of $279/night + tax at the Fairmont Chateau, Lake Louise from March 9-12, 2018. Please note: availability is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• If you wish to take advantage of this rate, please indicate your preferred dates when completing your registration. Payment will be processed on your credit card on file upon check-in. Quadient will advise the hotel on the room nights paid for by Quadient and room nights paid for by employee. Please be advised, you will need to secure your own transportation to the airport after your stay.
• NOTE: Extended stay is located at Fairmont Chateau, Lake Louise where Kick Off is taking place.
